International’s top ordered item, but as Norness explains, “That was our fi rst product to be launched and has been on the market a little longer than our other two product lines.” Testing out Joster’s Coasterica coasters, however, is Maryhill Winery in Goldendale, WA. “I ordered the coasters knowing they were a unique item, but I didn’t know they would sell this well,” notes Maureen Lee, retail operations manager and merchandise buyer for the winery and its gift shop. While the winery sees approxi- mately 80,000 people a year, has been listed as Washington Win- ery of the Year in 2009, and is a well known destination spot, its gift shop is still an indepen- dently owned store bringing in customers with its one of a kind products.
