The single raised over £2 million for the Children In Need Charity. 30th: 1977 . . David Bowie Joins Bing Crosby on Crosby's 42nd annual Christmas special. They sing 'Little Drummer Boy'


Two men accidentally bump into each other’s trolleys in the supermarket. “I’m sorry” says the elder of the two, “I’ve lost my wife and I wasn’t concentrating on where I was going.” “That’s a coincidence, I’ve lost mine as well and I wasn’t paying attention.” Replies the younger man. The old gentleman says “ Well let’s see if we can find them, what does yours look like?” The younger man describes his wife. “She has long blonde hair, blue eyes, long athletic legs and was wearing a miniskirt and a low cut blouse.
