Cr Mark Radford was elected in November 2008. Currently serving his fi rst term, Cr Radford has always been an active participant in community programs and his greatest passion is people.

Cr Radford is the representative for the following Committees: Horsham Aquatic Centre Advisory Committee, Horsham Basketball Stadium Committee of Management, Horsham College/Community Oval Committee of Management, Horsham Outdoor War Memorial Swimming Pool Project Steering Committee, Horsham Town Hall/Art Gallery Fundraising Working Group, Horsham Town Hall Project Control Group, Natimuk Community Building Initiative, Nexus Board of Management, Wimmera Business Centre.


Cr David Grimble joined Council in November 2008 for a four-year term. He understands the responsibility of Civic Leadership and is committed to representing the whole of the Municipality.


Cr Grimble is the representative for the following Committees: Audit Committee, Freight HUB Working Group, Grampians National Park Roundtable, Horsham Town Hall Project Control Group, Municipal Fire Prevention Committee, North West Municipalities Association, Planning Sub-Committee, Regional Recreation Water Users Group, Roadside Vegetation Management Plan Implementation Committee, Tourism Advisory Committee, Western Highway Action Committee, Wimmera Locust Consultative Group.

Cr Lindy Muller was fi rst elected to Council in November 2008 for a four-year term. She is motivated to improve the lives of residents in terms of care and wellbeing.


Cr Muller is the representative for the following Committees: Awakenings Festival, Disability Action Plan Reference Group, Finance Committee, Haven Recreation Reserve Committee, Planning Sub-Committee, Sport and Recreation Advisory Committee, Wimmera Disability Access Forum, Wimmera River Improvement Committee.

Cr Mandi Stewart joined Council in November 2008 for a four year-term. Cr Stewart stood for Council because she wanted to be a voice for the residents to bring their concerns to Council and also be a part of the decision-making process of this great City.
