We've planned an informative and fun meeting for all attendees for your AAC Summer Conference in August!


PEABODY HOTEL


For your planning information, registration will be open Wednesday, August 17th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and again 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Opening General Session will begin at 1 p.m., Individual Association meetings at 3:15 p.m. and the Southern Fish Fry at 7 p.m.


As you can see above, the 2011 Conference theme is “Waves of Change – Oceans of Opportunity”. The Dinner Dance will continue that theme with “Cruising on the Waves of Change”, so you are invited to wear your favorite “cruising attire”.

This years’ Annual Conference will be held in Little Rock, Arkansas at the beautiful 4 Star Peabody Hotel. Enclosed is your registration form, which once completed, will need to be sent to the Association office. Also enclosed is hotel information for the conference. The Peabody is the host hotel and there should be plenty of rooms available for our group, however we have listed additional hotels in the area for your convenience. When making your room reservations with the Peabody, please remember to mention you are coming for the AAC Annual Conference.
