Fillers And Botox The Real Facts

Non-surgical cosmetic treatments have become increasingly popular over the last few years, mainly because the change is instantaneous, more predictable, more natural, far less painful and kinder to the body than plastic surgery.

People have discovered, that with a maintenance regime of fillers, Botox and vitamins, they are putting off surgery to much later in life or simply preventing the necessity for it at all and in other cases maintaining the results of a minor face lift. Botox and fillers work in conjunction with one another, Botox relaxes the muscles thus erasing any signs of fatigue and preventing new wrinkles from forming whereas fillers smooth out the deeper lines already formed.

Fillers are used for lip enhancement, to create prettier cheek bones, correction of the deep fold between the nose and the mouth as well as to fill in fine lines and wrinkles. When used by experienced clinicians there is no need to worry about the risk of the famous Lesley Ash “trout pout” as the aim is to naturally enhance features and not to over exaggerate them.

You will be surprised at the number of people who have fillers and Botox but prefer to keep it to themselves as, when performed well, the two products only restore natural beauty and give a brighter, rested appearance and definitely neither a plumped up face nor worse still an expressionless one.
