WHETHER you are attracted by the countryside or earning the right to enjoy a country pub, Medway Valley Rail Trail


simply jump off the train, enjoy your walk and travel back home from either the same, or another, station on the Medway Valley Line. The trails are


suitable for walkers of all levels. You can take a gentle stroll of 1.8 miles at Wateringbury, which guides you along the banks of the Medway to the countryside of Nettlestead. For more


walks are the perfect way to explore Kent's historical and beautiful spots. The 13 walks are situated


across Mid Kent in areas, close to stations, including Halling, Maidstone West, Paddock Wood and Snodland. Each area provides unique


landscapes to admire, from countryside and coastal scenery, to industrial archaeology and military history. The walks start and finish at a train station, which means there is no hassle of finding somewhere to park;
