onnecticut’s very own Xanious Ross is a senior at Norfolk Community College. In 2004, he began designing clothes with airbrushed sneakers and shirts for family and friends.
Soon after, in 2006, he founded fRESHxKURRENCii , a graphic tee company catering to females and males, as well as chil- dren. His designs are an embodiment of Connecticut’s diversity, culture and urbanity, an open book of Connecticut. Currently, fRESHxKURRENCii’s presence is mostly online and locals from the Tri-State area have had the opportunity to see his work in both fashion shows and through product collaborations with other brands and stores. This summer, fans can look forward to their new release of their website and blog.
