Market Place in Weaverville called Tis, Tat and the Other. Tat’s a fairly accurate descrip-
tion of what Te Market Place of- fers. Everything from aquarium sup-
plies to biker jackets to personal- ized custom photo gifts are avail- able at Te Market Place. Te booths are located in the for-
mer location of Builder’s Express on Monticello Road. After Weaver- ville Market and More closed down earlier this year, several of the busi- nesses operating booths there took the opportunity to relocate. Beverly Hornsby runs Sea

Student of the Month North Buncombe High School’s
Student of the Month Program, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Weaverville, is pleased to name Samuel Rector as September’s top student. Rector is co-president of
D.E.C.A., and he plans to attend college next fall to major in busi- ness. He is a member of the basket- ball team and plans to play baseball this spring. He played tennis for three years
and also is a member of Beta Club and Mu Alpha Teta at North Bun- combe. He is active with his youth group
at North Asheville Baptist Church. Rector is the son of Lisa Hultman and Steve Rector of Weaverville.
