t a time when we thought our efforts might be affected by the


credit crunch, the great Havering public did not let us down and we were able to match last years effort. Brian and his com- mittee were delighted and would like to thank all the members of the club who donned their long johns and thermal vests to brave the elements .

nce again it was proved that large teams on the street col-


lections get the best results. Not only do we col- lect more, we often get fin- ished early as well and that is


a bonus. So don‘t forget guys keep some time free for next year be- cause the way the financial situation is shaping up we will really need to up our game.
