Inspired service support is delivered via its Global Service Support Centre providing international online support, diagnosis and fix on a 24 / 7 basis. Remote Service Engineers work closely with a 70-person strong Inspired team of Field Technicians, providing direct on-site technical support to our UK casino and bingo customers. This powerful combination of remote and field support provides an unrivalled response and fix time to our customers’ request for service assistance and immediate online and technical support for our international customers own on-site engineers.
Inspired provides a comprehensive installation service both in the UK and internationally. The carefully planned and executed delivery of hardware, servers, cabling, cameras and data is followed up with hardware and system training for site staff and immediate post installation support, ensuring maximum impact of equipment from day one.
With our international projects, we take our operational expertise from the UK and translate this for our clients abroad, on a case-by-case basis. Generally speaking we work with operators and
distributors on the ground there or set up our own specialist team.
