Have you advice for Casino Operations on advantages of how involving the latest technology can improve their Casinos bottom line? Ten years ago a casino management system’s primary purpose was accounting. While accounting remains important it is critical that operators are getting much more out of their CMS.


They should be using their CMS to help them understand who is playing in their venues (player demographics), build loyalty between those players and the venue, reward that loyalty (via bonusing) and of course to make sure all of the key internal casino stakeholders have access to relevant and timely performance reporting.


Data is hugely valuable, but that value cannot be unlocked unless properly analyzed, interpreted and acted upon.
