Laure’s landscapes and seascapes capture the ever- changing moods of the local landscape while her textured butterfly paintings are an explosion of colour and joy with a gentle ethereal quality. Jennifer’s unashamedly brazen crystal rings and necklaces play on the 40

Luz Angela focuses on random every day objects and depicts their natural gentle quality, through detailed analysis and placing them in contrast on a bright monochrome backdrop. Laure was born in

Versailles, lived in France, Mexico and Mallorca before settling in Devon over 10 years ago. Her paintings can be found in private collections across

Mexico, USA, France, Italy, Spain and the UK. As well as her current practise, Laure is involved in a variety of creative and cultural projects that continue to inspire her work. These include working at museums and schools, exhibiting her work and facilitating workshops through accessible and innovative approaches. She says, “I am particularly interested in the healing power of art. Allowing my students to lose inhibitions and false limitations on their creativity and allowing this to flow, inspiring beautiful colourful paintings and a new found self confidence is the biggest reward for me.”

Jennifer gained a First Class Honours Degree in Fine Art from Plymouth
