When Andrew Turner decided to expand his already thriving business based in Sabden to new luxury premises in Read, Pendle Hi l l Properties became the talk of the villages.


The only dedicated leading estate agents specialising in selling and letting houses in Read, Simonstone, and Sabden areas.


Andrew’s main focus is to provide a 24 hour service that meets the individual needs of each customer. This is one of the main reasons why his business has increased by 200% in the last year.


Whilst other estate agents are closing down Pendle Hill Properties have gone from strength to strength.


Charging a 1.25% fee has added to the overall quality and service Andrew provides.


Due to the increased work load Andrew has now been joined by Chris Holt who has been working alongside the business for the last 12 months.
