Archial Architects, one of the UK’s leading architectural practices, has been appointed to deliver a £3.8 million new entrance building and office accommodation at Liverpool Innovation Park for Space North West, part of a joint venture PPP involving the North West Regional Development Agency. Rocco Piliero, Director at Archial’s Manchester office, said, “We are delighted to secure this instruction for the detailed design and construction stages of what will be the new entrance building to the recently expanded Liverpool Innovation Park.” The design project involves the refurbishment and part new-build conversion of an existing office head quarters which will see Archial insert a new rotunda heart to the existing building to form the new entrance facility.
