The recent regeneration of Blythe Market Square in Northumberland, involved the planting of more than sixty semi-mature trees. This provides the trees with optimum rooting conditions in a very challenging urban location. This design incorporated shallow root management to protect adjacent pavements from any potential root damage. Using the Greenleaf AutoCAD design assist service makes it easy for designers to specify high quality urban tree planting into their projects.

Using Helifix masonry repair products, a Grade II listed engine house, built in 1886 at the former sewage works in the London Borough of Haringey, has been made structurally secure and turned into the working Beam Engine Museum. Before the bricked-up windows could be reinstated the arch lintels were secured with grouted CemTies while over 300m of stainless steel HeliBars were bonded into various mortar beds to secure and reinforce the masonry, stitch cracks and redistribute the structural loads to restore full structural integrity. Helifix systems were specified by NPS Property Consultants as they are fully proven, can be rapidly installed, thereby avoiding any delays on site, and are fully concealed, so did not alter the visible appearance of this Grade II listed museum.
