Open and Senior World Championship Show
New this year is the World Cham- pionship Show’s move to Perry Geor- gia. This is a state of the art facility with stalls and RV parking. The Open and Senior Show dates are October 25 – 30 2010. NBHA has decided to go with a 5D format for this show and has raised the added money to $40000. The entry forms will be available in Barrel Horse News usually in the August issue and will be available on our website. Plan now to attend.
Youth World Championship Show
The Youth Worlds will be once again held in Jackson Mississippi in July 26 – 31st 2010. It is also a 5D for- mat. Ask anyone of our youths who have attended and they will tell you what an amazing time they have had. NBHA puts on a truly world class show for the youth exhibitors. Entry forms for this event are usually available in June and will be posted on the website as well as available in Barrel Horse News.
If you missed qualifying from last years show season you may also use any wild cards you have earned to gain entry to these shows.
This year a large committee of vol- unteers has been working hard to bring you a great festival for the July long weekend. All sorts of events are planned including 3 days of barrel rac- ing, an ORA/IPRA rodeo, Troy Crum- rine Clinic, fireworks, entertainment and more. Plan to attend this all district sanctioned show in July being held in Paris Ontario. More information can be found on the website

westernfest.com. You can also come out and meet the festival committee at a dance sponsored by Paris Fair Board on March 13, 2010 at the Paris fairgrounds. All ages are welcome.

2010 Show Schedule
Finishing touches are being put on the 2010 show schedule and it will be published shortly on the website and in the Rider. There are some dates still available and if you or anyone you know is interested in hosting a show please let a director know.

We would like to thank Cassandre Bergeron for all her hard work in Que- bec over the past year. Due to other commitments she is unable to continue in 2010 and as such we are looking to replace Cassandre.
Troy Crumrine Clinic
NBHA Canada is pleased to announce that Troy Crumrine has agreed to share his success and knowl- edge of the barrel horse industry with Ontario competitors on June 30th and July 1st 2010. Canada vs USA Team Challenge
NBHA Canada has been asked to help facilitate Team Canada for the USA/Canada Challenge. There is both an open and youth division. Anyone interested in participating is asked to email Perry at
