Don’t be held ransom by key staff
Physical Activity With
Push2Play
SASKATOON, SK – 85 per cent of Saskatchewan
children and youth do not meet the physical
guideline for good health as set out in Public
Health Agency of Canada’s physical activity
guide, and Saskatchewan Blue Cross wants to
change that.
The company provides supplementary health
coverage to more than 200,000 Saskatchewan resi-
dents. Intended for children ages 5-12, Push2Play
encourages kids and parents to rediscover the ben-
efits — and fun — of playing together.
This fall the company is distributing the
Playbook — a booklet with about a dozen simple
games kids and parents can play together— to
90,000 households in the province, or parents
can go online to obtain it.
Blue Cross is also sponsoring a contest to find
new games to add to the online playbook, with a
prize of $500 worth of play equipment.
Visit www.push2play.ca for more details.

And they usually do it very well – until the day they tell you they are
leaving. Then all hell breaks loose in the club.
When SARS hit Asia, there was no emergency plan. When Hurricane
Katrina hit New Orleans, there was no emergency plan. People looked

even close to the crisis of a Katrina or SARS, when it happens it can feel
like a life-threatening disaster.
Few people can afford to slow their businesses or close for a few days
until a new staff person is hired. You can’t finger point – you don’t have
time! What do you do? You take out insurance.
