Drury elected President
At the 88th Annual General Meeting of Golf Quebec held on
March 16th at the Hôtel Auberge Universel, Mrs. Diane Drury was
elected President for 2009.
A retired Director of Air Canada, Mrs. Drury has been a Director
of Golf Québec since 2005, and acted as Vice-President in 2008. As
well, she also chaired the Player Development Committee in 2008
and the Women’s Tournament Committee in 2007. Mrs. Drury is a
member of the Royal Montreal Golf Club where she has been on
the Finance and Long-Term Planning committees since 2004 and
2006, respectively. She is also a volunteer of the Women Volleyball
Association of Pierrefonds. In addition, she was recently appointed
to work with the RCGA Foundation.
