For example, we have always had a focus on strong effective marketing and while largely succeeding in getting our message out there, it’s important we move with the times and embrace the very latest trends. We have recently been focusing on digital developments and while many see this as simply having a good website and giving ipads to the reps, we see it as far more fundamental to our future and that of our customers. A fully integrated digital strategy in support of our partner’s right across the market is fast becoming a business imperative”.

The Hang ‘N’ Lock fixing system sets out to simplify the installation of all large wall mounted installations and can be fitted in just four easy steps. Simply attach the bracket to the wall without the need for accurate drilling or alignment, adjust using the built-in spirit level, hang the product and lock securely in place.


The company is also proud of its environmental credentials, aptly demonstrated by the brand’s focus on water and energy conservation through full implementation of the water label. Being one of the first members’ to sign up, Croydex has been a major force in the development of the BMA’s Water Label. Peter Pegden explains: “The aim of the Water Label is to provide consumers with all the information they need to make an informed decision when purchasing water efficient bathroom products. Our job as both a company and the industry as a whole is to ensure that pertinent information is clearly visible on the product, packaging and promotional materials. So what else is on the horizon for Croydex? “One of the great things about the innovation we develop is that it is directly transferrable overseas”, says Nick McGrellis. “We have seen increasing interest from export markets and are now delivering in volume to continental Europe, Australia and the USA”.
