Low Profile 1.0mm pitch Connectors
of low profile, 1mm pitch board to board or cable to board connectors where long term reliability is required. Screw machined sockets with 6 finger contacts and heavy gold plating , these connectors have passed the 20 day mixed flowing gas (MFG) test required in many telecom and other severe environment and other long life applications. Dual row configurations include 8, 14, and 36 position although others are available on request, SMT board to board and thru hole FFC cable versions are available.
A
The 4mm stack height makes it ideal for tight board to board applications., and the overmoulded lead frame seals the SMT contacts which prevents solder wicking, ensuring a secure solder joint.

a variety of demanding applications such as data processing and communication, measurement technology,
transportation, military technology, air travel, and even space travel.
ept’s core competencies lie in
developing and producing connectors that rely on press-fit and soldering technology, as well as machines for processing and tools for press-fit technology. Their innovative ideas for products and their first-rate production techniques enable ept to offer you complete and comprehensive solutions from a single source for all of your connector and assembly needs. ept employees in R&D, Product Construction, Project Management, Process Development, Order Management/Controlling, Processing Technology and Logistics ensure the perfect project workflow - from development to implementation. In its more than 40 years of history, the company’s success has largely depended on in-house product development. Back in 1980, the company had already successfully introduced the DIN 41612 connector, which would later be followed by product groups such as PC/104 and PC/104-Plus, hm 2.0, Advanced TCA, and Micro TCA, as well as the SMT Colibri connector system for COM Express applications which was introduced in 2012. Standardisation of connectors is a pre-requisite for open systems, where users expect components from different suppliers to operate together; ept connectors are therefore fully intermateable with all other similarly compliant products from manufacturers like Harting, Erni, Hirose and Tyco, etc. The fact that ept as a company is certified to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 as well ISO 14001:2004 ensures your safety. With bulk ex works deliveries at an average 2 to 3 weeks on all the following, what are you

ept connectors are used throughout the world for control and
vehicle construction,
he new Piergiacomi DPF200 depaneling system is designed to quickly and efficiently remove printed circuit boards from routed panels
in FR4, CEM and Aluminium substrates at a much lower cost than other automatic systems.
The machine head, with an integrated vacuum system, is comprised of a steel guide ‘track’ and a milling cutter driven by a foot operated pneumatic micro spindle to a maximum 60000 rpm. The track and milling cutter are quickly interchangeable and are available in sizes from 1.5mm to 2.5mm to suit the PCB routed slots.
The DPF200 is constructed from a steel frame with an ESD laminated table work top measuring 60 x 60 cms and a total machine height of 115 cms.

HARTING expands Ha-VIS eCon range
ARTING has extended its Ha-VIS eCon range of "plug & play" industrial Ethernet switches with the introduction of new versions incorporating 16 RJ45 ports. Designed to meet the growing demand for Ethernet-capable end devices in the field and the corresponding increase in the number of ports in Ethernet switches, the new variants allow the installation of additional communication infrastructure within production facilities to be achieved quickly, cost efficiently and flexibly. Thanks to the compact design of the Ha-VIS eCon devices, users require only a minimum of space in the electrical cabinet. Developed and optimised for deployment in tough industrial environments, these unmanaged Ethernet switches are ideally suited to the low-cost expansion of existing network infrastructures as well as the creation of new industrial networks. With approvals for industry, the maritime market and transportation, the switches can be optimally selected for every application.
