CONEC M12x1 Sockets field attachable
– e.g. for use in hydraulic motors C
ONEC has extended it s broad portfolio of M12x1 sockets by a field attachable version. New fields of application and requirement profiles result in new electro-mechanical requirements for the connection technology. Individual applications require flexibility when a device is connected.
The new male socket M12x1 meets these requirements. Thus, the user has the possibility of mounting the socket housing from the front ("outside") and the contacts and the contact carriers from the inside (combined installation).
This concept is often applied for the manufacture of motors (hydraulic motors) and rotary encoders.

lectro Rent, one of the world’s largest providers of electronic test equipment
for rent, lease or used sales, is opening a new office in London. The corporation’s European subsidiary Electro Rent Europe has already been operating successfully in the UK for 10 years and experienced a continuous growth of business. The new UK office will allow Electro Rent Europe to support current customers with better local service and drive future expansion in the region. The office will be staffed by local Electro Rent employees and will offer technical sales and support services, provide on-site training and seminars and hold local inventory for rapid delivery of critical items. For Electro Rent Europe, Managing Director David Saeys comments, “Our commitment to open an office in the UK was mainly driven by our success over the last 10 years. Establishing a local presence is a logical next step to building on this success and will enable us to provide a true local service to our existing and future customers. Over the past few months we have also seen some significant changes in the UK test equipment rental market. With the fusion of our two largest competitors, customers do no longer have the true opportunity to compare competitive offers. By extending our commitment to the UK with a new office, we are giving real choice back to the market, offering the broadest range of test equipment for rent, lease or purchase in the UK.” Electro Rent has achieved significant growth in its business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa over the past 10 years as part of its long term strategic plan. Electro Rent continues to work with market leading companies in Telecommunications, Aerospace/Defence and Semiconductor industries. The UK is a key element of the company’s long term plans for EMEA and the new office supports the continuing growth of Electro Rent in the UK.

enter 818 New RF Inductors for Military Applications G
owanda Electronics, a US-based designer and manufacturer of precision electronic components for power and radio frequency applications, recently introduced five new RF inductor series for military applications. This introduction expands the number of QPL- approved MIL-PRF-15305 MS part numbers that can be addressed with Gowanda components. The five series that achieved Qualified Product List status and the seven MS numbers they address include: MLRF19M (MS90539),
MLRF21M (MS90542
and MS14052), MLRF22M (MS90540), MLRF24M (MS90541) and MLRF28M (MS75103 and MS91189). These RF thru-hole, wirewound, molded inductors are designed for radio frequency applications in military, aerospace and defense communities. They have utility in communication, guidance and security applications, as well as in radar, test & evaluation and special mission applications. The overall performance range provided by the new series includes: inductance from 0.47 to 10,000 uH, Q min from 35 to 95, SRF MHz min from 0.95 to 300, DCR Ohms max from 0.06 to 72, and current rating mA DC from 47 to 2400. Cores are powdered iron or phenolic depending on MS number. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C (Class A) for powdered iron core parts and -55°C to +125°C (Class B) for phenolic core parts. To access datasheets for these and other QPL series go to
