Sterling, MA — Anderson Power Products® (APP) has introduced the Saf-D-Grid® 300 power connectors, designed specifically for single-phase AC applications that require higher voltages, smaller size, and expanded current carrying capability. Saf-D-Grid 300 builds upon the
performance of the 400VDC Saf-D- Grid connector, using the same sil- ver-plated, pure copper contact sys- tem and durable thermoplastic insu- lators. Configurations allow up to 30A and 300V within the same panel cutout as IEC 60320 C13/C14 con- nectors. The connectors have separate mechanical keys for 10A and 20A con -

figurations which prevent accidental overloading of wires not rated to carry
the current. A future 30A key expands the
power handling capabilities to 140 percent of comparably sized IEC con- nectors, in a size 80 percent smaller than NEMA connectors with similar power handling capabilities. Saf-D-Grid 300 also offers a
higher operating temperature than IEC or NEMA connectors which are limited by use of brass contacts. The maximum operating temperature of 80°C makes Saf-D-Grid suitable for power supplies where the hot ex - haust is directed onto the power inlet connector. The receptacle housing is con-
structed of high temperature glass- filled nylon allowing it to operate in temperatures of up to 120°C.
Both the plug and receptacle
side are touch-safe to maximize oper- ator safety at hazardous voltages. Universal touch safety also enables the simplicity of using the same receptacle for both power inlet and outlet connections. The integral latch on the plug housing prevents acci- dental disconnect of power without the need for added accessories such as metal bail latches or hook-and- loop fabric straps. An optional ground-tied shield is available to minimize the EMI profile of power
supplies. Contact: Anderson Power

solder lug/faston terminated version of its popular ruggedized IP67 sealed rear mount CRM series panel LED. The unusual rear mount design has fast pitch threads and special nuts for quick installation in extreme and outdoor applications. The rugged vibration-and water-
resistant LED indicators are well suited for a number of applications, including industrial control panels, transportation dashboards, gaming/ vending machines, and aircraft/mili- tary instrumentation. Available in chrome or black
matte finishes, the CRM series is available with 2.8 x 0.5mm fastons, as well as LED pin and lead termina- tions. All versions are available with daylight readable red, yellow, green, and orange as well as bicolor, blue, white, flashing, infrared and NVIS LEDs. Leaded and pin terminated versions of the CRM can be supplied with sealing to IP67 and voltages up to 60VDC and 240VAC. Leaded CRMs can be customized with special lead wire, lead lengths and connector options. CRMs terminated with fas- tons can be sealed to IP66 with volt-
ages up to 60VDC. Contact: Wilbrecht LEDCO,
