HO — Designed to fit ExactRail’s recent HO-scale General Steel Cast- ing (GSC) flatcars, American Model Builders’ LASERkit line offers three wood deck kits. These flush-fitting decks are laser-scribed and cut

HO — Spring 2016 will see the release of a new production of Athearn Gene- sis-series HO-scale FP7 and matching F7B diesels. Road names announced in- clude Amtrak (Phase I scheme), Frisco (Mandarin Red and white), Nacionales de Mexico (Brunswick Green and red), and Southern Pacific (“bloody nose” scheme). Road-specific detailing will be plen-
tiful on these passenger-pulling F-unit models. Amtrak models will offer FP7s in single release and mated with match- ing F7B units. Frisco FP7s will come in singles and in sets with F7B or F9B boosters. The models are detailed and
numbered to reproduce Frisco’s 1968 and later service. Nacionales de Mexico (NdeM) power will include FP7 and FP9 units. Single NdeM FP7s and paired FP7-FP9 diesels are coming, plus an FP7 and F2B set. Southern Pacific re- leases will offer operators and collec- tors “bloody Nose” FP7s and sets of FP7-F7B units. Athearn will sell stan- dard DC models and SoundTraxx Tsu- nami and DCC diesels in this coming production.
