Azlan and Lakeside Software partnership opens up more potential for VARs in desktop transformation

zlan has signed a distribution agreement with Lakeside Software, the leading provider of big data for end user computing.
Te partnership will see Azlan recruiting, enabling and providing support to value-added resellers for Lakeside’s full SysTrack® portfolio of big data analytics tools. VARs will be able to offer SysTrack licences as part of their own value proposition, or take advantage of pre-packaged Desktop Assessment and Healthcheck services provided by Azlan and driven by Lakeside’s analytics software.
SysTrack is a set of detailed analysis tools that can be used to visualise end user compute infrastructure in order to drive out costs, monitor and manage user experience and troubleshoot issues. It is also ideal for use in pre-installation assessments of desktop transformation and migration projects. It supports all major industry platforms, including Microsoft, Citrix, and VMware.
With interest in virtual desktop infrastructure continuing to grow, there is a major opportunity with Lakeside for enterprise VARs, says Sarah Deller, Business Unit Director for Software at Azlan.

IBM and Cisco VersaStack delivers full integration

VersaStack combines Cisco UCS Integrated Infrastructure with the IBM Storwize V7000 storage system.
