Southern to Europe Guangzhou-based China Southern Airlines is promoting its services to Amsterdam, London and Paris with a bonus mileage promotion for its Sky Pearl Club loyalty programme members. From January 1 through to February 28, passengers will earn 15,000 extra bonus miles for travel in first class (F/P), 10,000 for travel in business class (J/C/D), 5,000 in discounted business, premium economy and high-fare economy class (I/W/S/Y/B/M/H) and 2,000 in discounted economy class (K/U/L/Q/E/V/Z/T). All Marriott Rewards members get free wifi


Marriott International has begun offering free wifi to all 47 million members of its Marriott Rewards loyalty programme, across 3,800 hotels, including all properties under Marriott Hotels, JW Marriott, Renaissance, Gaylord Hotels, Autograph Collection, AC Hotels by Marriott, and Marriott Executive Apartments brands as well as partner The Ritz Carlton. Platinum and Gold Elite members will continue to enjoy enhanced free wifi, where available. Other members may upgrade to enhanced wifi for a fee, and book through marriott.com, Marriott’s app, or the hotel.


Double miles with Etihad to Kolkata


Members of Etihad Airways’ Etihad Guest loyalty programme will earn double mileage during the first month of operations on the carrier’s Abu Dhabi – Kolkata route slated to launch February 15. The promotion is valid for travel in both business and economy class. Members must pre-register at etihadguest.com up to 48 hours in advance of their scheduled flight to receive the double miles.
