Shearings Holidays has teamed up with actress Sherrie Hewson to offer holidaymakers the chance to hear about her career highlights. The operator’s 2014-15 autumn and winter programme features An Audience With... breaks and Ladies’ Lunches, new this winter. Hewson is famous for her roles
in Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Benidorm and as a panellist on chat show Loose Women. The An Audience With... breaks take place in October and include an evening event hosted by Hewson. They lead in at £199, including four nights’ half-board accommodation at a Shearings hotel – the County Hotel in Llandudno, Royal Hotel in Whitby or Savoy Hotel in Bournemouth – two excursions and return coach travel. The lunches run in September and include an opportunity to meet Hewson and hear anecdotes from her 30 years in showbusiness. She will also take part in a question and answer session.
Titan adds 23 tours and river trips to its Worldwide brochure

The operator is also launching its first holidays for single and independent travellers. The Your Time programme includes three UK and six European breaks. Omega expands range to and from Bournemouth Omega Holidays is offering an autumn weekend break to Bournemouth from Glasgow on October 24-26 for £199.95.
