It was four years ago when the first issue of the Global Casting Magazine was presented in Düsseldorf for GIFA. Recent- ly, it was high time for the three publishing parties from CFA, Foundry-Planet and the American Foundry Society to celebrate and show their development during the Metal China Fair in Beijing, organized by China foundry Association. CITIC Mining Equipment Heading for Europe 中信重工成套矿山装备挺进欧洲
On March 27, the semi-mobile crushing station PSZ3000
manufactured by CITIC Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., for Swedish company LKAB, successfully completed its trials. LKAB, established in 1890, is the sixth largest iron ore sup- plier in the world with products provided mainly to Europe. Te onsite published trial report shows that all perfor-
mances are stable and the technology can meet the design requirements. Tis is the first completed mining equipment order from CITIC Heavy Industries with independent intel- lectual property rights to the European high-end market, and the first time the equipment will be used in the cold climate condition inside the Arctic Circle. In January 2013, CITIC Heavy Industries and LKAB signed
a contract on a semi-mobile crushing station for the Mertainen project, which CITIC delivered in May. It is reportedly the first large scale crushing station project exported to Europe. Considering the cooperation on Mertainen, LKAB has signed another contract for a crushing project after the trial. Both CITIC and LKAB decided to further expand and deepen their cooperation for more projects. As the ever increasing internationalization of CITIC Heavy Industries, four major functions of overseas market- ing, research, production and service have been formed, while technology, products and services with independent intellectual property rights will have access to international end-users. As a new crushing station supplier to LKAB, CITIC Heavy Industries has drawn high attention from North European securities analysts, and its name has been put in Degens Industri which is one of the most famous North European business newspapers. Te mining industry of Europe has showed great interest in CITIC’s crushers and will be concerned with the progress of the product.
3月27日，中信重工机械股份有限公司为瑞典LKAB 公司研制的PSZ3000半移动式破碎站成功试车。LKAB 公司成立于1890年，总部位于瑞典，是全球第六大铁矿 石生产商，所产铁矿石主要满足欧洲市场的需求。 现场发布的验收报告显示，该项目各项性能稳定，技 术指标满足设计要求。这是中信重工自主知识产权品牌 直接出口欧洲高端市场的第一单成套矿山装备，并首次 在北极圈内极寒气候条件下使用。
2013年1月，中信重工与瑞典LKAB公司签订Mertain- en铁矿项目半移动式破碎站合同，今年5月交货。中信重 工国际业务部副总经理黄匡向科技日报记者介绍，该项目 是中信重工首次出口欧洲的大型破碎站项目。 基于双方在Mertainen铁矿项目的良好合作，在试车 仪式后中信重工与瑞典LKAB公司又签订了另一项目破 碎站合同。双方表示将以此次成功合作为起点，进一步 扩大、深化后续合作，携手打造精品工程，实现互利共 赢，不断推进双方合作再上新台阶。
据了解，随着中信重工国际化程度日益深化，企业海 外营销、研发、生产和服务等四大功能基本形成，自主 品牌的技术、产品和服务直面国际终端客户。成为欧洲 铁矿石大亨LKAB公司的破碎站的新供应商，使中信重 工在北欧引起业界高度关注。北欧证券分析师将目光投 向中信重工，中信重工的名字也出现在北欧最大的商业 报纸Degens Industri的显著位置。欧洲的采矿业对中 信重工提供的破碎机显示了极大兴趣，并持续关注破碎 机项目的进展。
