11th China Foundry Association General Assembly Focuses on Cooperation and Development
第十一届中国铸造协会年会聚焦合作与发展 Te biennial China Foundry Association (CFA)
General Assembly, held May 18 in Beijing Convention Center, was composed of an opening ceremony, keynote speeches and more than nine feature forums. The opening ceremony was hosted by the stand-
ing CFA Vice President Zhang Libo and attended by many key industry related government officials, experts and entrepreneurs were invited to attend the indus- try event, which focused on the industry’s status and development trends. Attendees delivered speeches on the macro economy
of China, promoting the building of equipment manu- facturing powerhouse and other key technical topics on materials and equipment. CEMAFON President Gabri- ele Galante also made a report on the European foundry equipment industry, providing inspiration to the coopera- tion for Europe and China. Te 25th anniversary of cooperation between CEMA- FON and China Foundry Association was celebrated in the afternoon of May 18. Libo made an opening speech, and Galante gave an overview on the fruitful cooperation in business in the past. CEMAFON General Secretary Dr. Timo Würz made a report on the market situation. Executive Vice-President and Secretary-General Wen Ping also gave an introduction to the status and trends of the China foundry industry. CEMAFON and CFA both are foundry industry as-
sociations with a long history and wide influence. During the last 25 years, CEMAFON has made joint efforts with CFA to deeply promote the improvement of mechaniza- tion and automation of the China foundry industry, both in scale and quality. “CEMAFON and its members have provided great supports to the development of China foundry industry,” Libo said. “Te 25 years have seen a radical change of China foundry industry: the casting production has achieved a 369% increase, jumping to 45 million tons in 2013 from the 9.6 million tons in 1989 and the productivity has increased from 8.7 tons per person per year to 22.5 tons per person per year, which is a 159% increase. ”
Libo said China-European Union cooperation en-
vironment today was a perfect match of “time, location and people”. Te China-EU relation has entered the best period in history, when the Chinese foundry industry is at a surging tide of industrial restructuring. Many European foundry equipment companies have built factories in China. Both sides have established a fully trust and deep friendship and will grow in the future. On the occasion of the CFA banquet on May 19, Galante was awarded the title of a “China-Europe Foundry Communication Friendly Envoy.”

开幕式由七届理事会常务副会长张立波主持，行业相 关的政府官员、专家和企业家参加了会议，共商行业发 展现状和趋势。
特邀嘉宾就我国宏观经济形势分析、推动建设装备制 造业强国、金属材料的超常凝固过程研究、中国汽车行 业发展现状与趋势、高端装备制造业与基础共性技术等 方面，做了详细而精彩的主旨报告。欧洲铸造设备供应 商协会主席Gabriele Galante对欧洲铸造设备的发展历 程及趋势也做了分析报告，为中国铸造行业与欧洲的交 流拓宽了知识面与思路。 会议同期还举行了“CFA与CEMAFON合作25周年 庆典”活动，中国铸造协会常务副会长张立波在论坛上 致辞，欧洲铸造设备供应商协会主席格兰特、秘书长T IMO.WUERZ及中国铸造协会执行副会长兼秘书长温平 分别就欧洲铸造设备发展现状和市场情况、中国铸造行 业发展现状和趋势做了专题报告。
欧洲铸造设备供应商协会和中国铸造协会均是具有悠 久历史和广泛影响力的铸造行业组织，2 5 年来，双方共 同努力，深入促进中国铸造业提高机械化、自动化水平， 促进铸造企业上规模、上档次，取得了明显成效。张立波 表示：“欧洲铸造设备制造商协会及其会员给予了中国铸 造业很大支持，他们先进的铸造装备积极推进了我国铸造 业发展的进程。在这25年里，中国铸造业发生了翻天覆地 的变化，铸件产量由19 8 9年的9 6 0万吨跃升到2 013年 的4 45 0万吨，增长了3 69 %；劳动生产率由8.7吨/人.年 上升到了22 .5吨/人.年，增长了159%。” 张立波认为，当今中欧合作环境占据了“天时、地 利、人和”三重优势：“天时”是指中欧关系进入历 史上最好时期，而中国铸造业正值产业结构调整大潮汹 涌之时；“地利”是指许多欧洲铸造装备企业已经在中 国建厂，更多的了解、贴近必然会令其更受中国客户欢 迎；“人和”是指中欧铸造业双方已经建立了充分的信 任和深厚友谊，未来也会日益亲密。
此外，在19日举办的晚宴上，欧洲铸造设备供应商 主席Gabriele Galante被授予“中欧铸造行业交流友好 使者”。
