Just how many pancakes can a college student eat as they cram for finals? Te answer: too many! Tis is a favorite tradition for students as they pile on the carbs and take some time to de-stress while faculty and staff serve up pancakes for a couple of “late night” hours.

If you were sitting in a class anywhere along this row of SJBC/SJCC classrooms, you most likely saw some unusual happenings just outside. Te classroom windows were just high enough for a car to drive down the alley and not be seen. What could be seen was someone atop the vehicle running in slow motion or holding a sign that would make class members burst into laughter.
