Important Planning Information & Trip Preparation (cont.) Final Documents

Cruise documents and electronic-ticket receipt, if applicable, will be sent to you after receipt of final payment and required guest registration forms, approximately 25 days prior to departure.

Travel Documentation

To assist in providing a comfortable journey to the ship, we suggest that you take a moment of your time to read through this checklist to ensure you have all the proper documentation needed for your trip.

• Cruise Voucher and Passage Contract — Please review these documents to ensure that they are correct. Your name should match that of your passport.

• Airline Flight Information and E-Ticket Data (for Air/Sea guests) — Please review your air documents to ensure that your tickets are correct. Because airlines occasionally change flight schedules, Paul Gauguin Cruises also recommends that you contact the airline(s) directly at least 72 hours prior to departure to confirm your flight departure time. Please contact the airline directly for seating assignments, special handling, and any other special requests, if you have not already done so. It is also highly recommended that guests check-in at least two hours prior to departure for domestic flights and three hours prior to departure for international flights. You should carry your flight itinerary with you.

• Ground Transfer Information (for Air/Sea guests)

• Paul Gauguin Cruises Luggage Tags — These will identify your luggage as belonging to a Paul Gauguin Cruises guest, to help avoid loss or delay.

• Ship Information Guide — A handy reference to everything you need to know aboard ship. • Shore Excursion Booklet — To help you select shore excursions over the course of your cruise.

• Pre- and/or Post-Cruise Hotel or Land Package Details and Information Guide —If you have booked a hotel program with Paul Gauguin Cruises, please check these documents to ensure they are correct.

• Passport — All guests must be in possession of a valid passport for identification and customs clearance abroad. Passports must have an expiration date of at least six months following the scheduled return date of your vacation. Please contact your Travel Professional or visit http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738. html for specific requirements. Bring with you a photocopy of the pages of your passport that contain your personal information and extra passport photographs. These are useful in the event of loss. Please note that passports are collected upon embarkation and held safely by Reception, who will take care of all procedures required by the local authorities on your behalf. On the last day of the cruise, your passport will be returned to you at the Reception Desk upon presentation of your passport receipt.

• Visas — You are responsible for securing all proper documentation for the countries you plan to visit. Please consult the U.S. State Department or the embassies or consulates of the countries you are visiting for specific Visa requirements.

• Guest Information Form — You’ll receive a Guest Information Form with confirmation of your reservation. You must fill out this form promptly and return it to the cruise line. Without this information, your final documents will not be released.

• Medical Considerations & Vaccinations — While it is not Paul Gauguin Cruises’ policy to require health certificates from a physician, we do ask that you exercise good common sense when preparing for travel to Tahiti, the South Pacific, and Fiji. Every port of call has separate requirements for health certificates, and all guests of Paul Gauguin Cruises are responsible for obtaining required documentation. Consult your healthcare professional for any inoculations you may require, or contact the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) toll-free at 1-800-CDC-INFO (1-800-232-4636) or online at www.cdc.gov/travel.
