Fen “Anna” Lee was married on October 6, 2013, and traveled to Hawaii for her honeymoon. She left her position at NYU Langone Medical Center and is now the director of business development for cardi- ology at Columbia University Medical Center. She is excited about attending Reunion with her husband. Since graduation, Jenna Levy has been living in NYC and working in human resources as a recruiter for ad sales and digital media at Discovery Communi- cations, the parent company of the Discovery Channel, TLC, and Animal Planet networks. Kacey Light was recently named the NCAA compliance coordinator for the University of Rhode Island’s 18 Division I athletic programs, providing oversight for student-athlete eligibility, recruiting, and financial aid. Though she will always be a Thoroughbred at heart, Kacey is excited to be part of the Rhode Island Rams family. Scott Sasso is in his second year of a clinical psychology PhD program at Long Island University in Brooklyn, N.Y. Emily Torres is a second-year graduate student at the School of International Service at American University in Wash - ing ton, D.C. She spent two weeks in Cuba as part of a summer-abroad seminar last year. She studied at the University of Havana and traveled to Viñales, the coun- try’s largest tobacco-growing region. She then traveled to Paris and London, before meet- ing up with Kim Lai and Katherine Sommer in Barcelona, Spain. She is ap - plying to graduate programs in physical therapy.


Kate MacAllister started a new job in the voice-over department of CESD Talent Agency in NYC and is enjoying it immense- ly. In September 2013, she returned to Sara - toga with theater department friends to cel- ebrate the life and work of the incredible Alma Becker, who had such an impact on her time at Skidmore. Aviva Ariel is in the first year of a doc-


toral program in clinical and health psy- chology at the University of Florida, where she is conducting obesity research in the university’s Weight Management Lab. Jacob Lafo ’08 is also a student in the program. Aviva says, “Skid kids are taking over UF!” Before heading down south, she had the pleasure of catching a Yankees game with Lily Robinson. Since graduating, Jakob Schenker spent


a lot of time in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Vermont working on environmental proj- ects. He is back in Vermont completing a master’s in ecological remediation tech- nologies.
