Over twenty three years since the first meeting of the Association, membership is still growing and the network goes from strength to strength.


During the last twenty three years The Whiteley Association has become a flourishing network of women from fields as diverse as business and the professions, the arts, healthcare and the environment.


We believe in the benefits of collaboration,


communication and support and we provide the opportunity for women leaders to

meet their peers in non- competitive environments where relationships can form and grow and support is given and received.


Through the influence of individual members The Whiteley Association seeks to open doors, raise awareness of important issues and create role models for the Island’s business women leaders of the future.


Invitation for membership is extended to those women who have already achieved success in their chosen field and who are willing and able

to expand our network by supporting women in their leadership role. As membership is not restricted to those operating in areas of specific expertise we offer an unrivalled breadth of views and experience to our members.


The President of the Association, Advocate Anita Regal, was one of the founder members. The first woman to be sworn in as an Advocate in Jersey in 1969, Anita continues to practise law with the Bedell Group and is an active Executive Committee member. Now over 25% of
