SWEET BELL PEPPERS
PEPPER CULTURE–Peppers should be started indoors about 8 to 10 weeks prior to planting out- doors to get a good crop. Do not set plants out until night temperatures stay above 50ºF. If you set them out earlier use Hot Kaps, Row Covers or Wall O’ Waters to protect them at night. When picking peppers cut them from the bush with a clipper to save the plant from being pulled apart. There are approximately 4000 seeds per ounce.
