Jung’s peach trees are grown on hardy rootstock and will attain an average height of 12 to 18 feet when mature. They can easily be kept smaller by pruning. Plant about 20 feet apart. Peaches are self-pollinating and do not require another variety to produce fruit. We ship 3 to 5 ft. bareroot trees.

Called ‘Peento Peaches’ in China where they’ve been grown for centuries, the 2½ inch diameter fruits have white fl esh that is very sweet and juicy with a distinctive mild fl avor. The orna- mental trees are covered with bright pink blooms in spring followed by heavy crops of reddish-orange freestone peaches that ripen early August.

30903–Zones 3-8–(P.P.16621)–A big-fruited dessert plum with superior winter hardi- ness. Prof. Brian Smith of University of Wis- consin–River Falls spent years developing this cross between cherry plums and conventional Japanese dessert plums. The end-result are these 2 inch round, blue-black plums with very sweet, juicy, yellow fl esh. The fruit rip- ens in early August, about 2 to 4 weeks ear- lier than other plums grown in the Midwest. A great choice for northern gardeners who want to grow fruit. Naturally dwarf trees require a
