look back over the events of the year—having this magazine helps me keep track. I was just reading over the letter I wrote to you last December. It was about family—my family at home and my OEC family (that includes you)—and how much change I've witnessed over the years. Tis year, I find myself in a similar position as I was then—preparing to say good-bye to certain members of the OEC family who plan to retire in 2014—but not yet. For now, let us celebrate happy things. I love this time of year—driving down
festive streets, seeing the decorated street lamps and business fronts, the lights dotting rooftops, and plastic Santas coming in for a landing. I love arriving in the cozy, warmth of my home at the end of the day. . . then I see my wife. For a lot of people, my wife included, the holiday season means stress season—an ever-growing shopping list, social commitments, and dealing with increased traffic. While she may (will) make me help out
more with those when I retire (I have several years yet), for now I am here to tell you what OEC is giving to you, our members, this holiday—and it is NOT extra stress. As a member of OEC, you receive several

holiday schedule to come into our office to pay your bill, use SmartHub, our free account management app. Download the SmartHub app using the link on our website,
www.okcoop.org. You can use SmartHub to make payments from your checking account right from your smart device—for free. SmartHub also lets you turn in work orders—like tree trimming requests—or report a power outage—something for which this season is also known to cause. Tings are always changing around here.
