ore than 50 cases of Moët & Chandon Champagne have been ordered in preparation for the daily champagne reception
for the corporate hospitality visitors. As impressive as that is, that number is dwarfed by the 150 cases of wine that have been supplied by merchants Boutinot, carefully selected to complement the three course gourmet lunch menu that will be served up to privileged guests. T e wine will accompany some 11,000 dishes that will be served over the three day extravaganza, which has involved six months of operational planning, from marquee layout

to colour scheme, and fl ower arrangement to logistical planning and player management. Following lunch, Etihad hostesses will escort hospitality guests through the beautiful gardens to their grandstand seats. T ere then follows a traditional serving of afternoon tea, followed by an invitation to continue the fun with drinks on the terrace. It is little wonder the event has been dubbed as “an elegant garden party.” Two hundred staff at T e Mere will
