Art enthusiasts: join us for this new and exciting art class where you will learn how to create well-known pieces of art through inspiration from various artists. We will explore and capture their different styles and techniques using a variety of art medium. Supplies are included. Basic experience with drawing is preferred.

Join us for a guided tour with Northwest Passage. Their experienced kayak instructors will provide the safety equipment, teach us how to paddle and take us out on the water for two hours to play and expe- rience nature. No experience required. Please bring water bottles, sunscreen, a sack lunch and a snack. Departure is from the Bolingbrook Park District, 200 S. Lindsey Lane, Bolingbrook, IL. Register by July 24.

Pool Hop
Hang with your closest friends for the day at three waterparks. We’ll start the day visiting Pelican Harbor in Bolingbrook where you can experience the thrill of four water speed slides, then trek to Lisle to splash around at Sea Lion Aquatic Park. We’ll finish the day at Cypress Cove in Woodridge where you can enjoy three body slides, one tube slide, a 600-foot lazy river and much more. Concessions are available for purchase at each site. Please bring a towel, sunblock, water and money for concessions. Register by July 10.

The following teen trips and programs are a cooperative effort of the park districts of Bolingbrook, Downers Grove, Lisle, Woodridge and Westmont.
Paintball Trip
O’Hare Paintball is a premier facility designed to support beginner and expert players in a fun, safe, and supervised play area! The paintball fields alternate between two layouts: speedball and scenario. Both fields will allow players to utilize objects found in the real world. This is an indoor facility so wear comfortable clothes and gym shoes. Also, bring money for lunch and snacks. Program fee includes equipment rental, 500+ paintballs and transportation. Please note: there is an additional waiver required for this trip which will be emailed to you. Departure is from the Westmont Park District, 75 E. Richmond Street, Westmont IL. Register by June 21.

Sea Lion Aquatic Park After Hours
Get your friends together and meet up at Lisle Park District’s Sea Lion Aquatic Park. We are shutting the doors to the public and keeping it open late just for you! Our DJ will be spinning the hottest tunes as you swim or hang out poolside, with all of your friends. There may even be a contest or two thrown in for good measure.

A practice test is crucial to ward off those test day jitters and predict how you may score on the real thing. Experience first-hand what test day is like. A representative from Kaplan will provide a proctored ACT practice test and scores will be returned to each student with analyzed results. Please bring a healthy snack and a drink, #2 sharpened pencils and a calculator. Wear comfortable clothing. Cell phones will not be allowed. Seats are limited.
