Premier classes focus on a specific training that will progress over the length of class. Registration deadline is Wednesday, June 5. TRX®
- Suspension Training
Build power, strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility with the method of leveraging body weight. Every exercise is powered by the abdominals. Form technique will be monitored and modifications given to enable each participant to be safely challenged. This class is for all levels and is used in rehabilitating weak muscles and for challenging strong muscles through leveraging, gravity, and speed. As control is achieved, cardio challenges will be structured in the class activity. No class July 3, 4 & 5.
TRX® - Athletic
Looking to increase your competitive edge? Safely build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability using TRX®
. TRX® is a total body workout that
strengthens your deep stabilizer muscles and bigger superficial muscles. Become the stronger and more flexible athlete you need to be to reduce your chance of injury.
TRX® - Gentle
Getting back into fitness and want to work at a comfortable pace? This class will address knee, shoulder, back, and neck issues to get you moving comfortably to strengthen your total body.

Take 30 minutes to focus on the core with TRX. The core is the initiator to any upper and lower body moving and you will build strength utilizing your own body weight. Class will end with a stretch of the front and back muscles! No class July 4.
