Aſter deploying a solution to the North West Ambulance Service (NWAS), NonVerba received this statement: The Trust established a Five Year Civil Contingencies


Strategy 2008-2013 to ensure that Business Continuity Management (BCM) is achieved and embedded into the ‘organizational DNA’. The Trust’s BCM planning process follows BS25999:1 ‘Code of Practice’ for governance purposes and has had in place since 2006 a NWAS BCM Programme to ensure that delivery is achieved. “NWAS is extremely pleased with the partnership we


have built with NonVerba over the past few years which has enabled us to successfully embed BCM into the organization. This has been achieved by the positive commitment and structure we have put in place around our Civil Contingencies requirements but has been aided with the commitment and assistance of NonVerba and their soſtware tools. The challenges which any organization may face will


remain ever constant and as a Category One Responder as defined by the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (CCA), the Ambulance Service is required to ensure that BCM is a critical part of our resilience capabilities. I am confident that through the strong working partnership and support we have with NonVerba, we will be able to work towards maintaining the high levels of resilience we need to achieve in the future.”
