During Your Stay
We have policies and procedures in place to help you and your family work with our doctors, nurses and staff to get the most from your hospital stay. Please take a few minutes to review these guidelines with your loved ones.
Upon Admission Please have your insurance card, photo identification, Advance Directives (see page 23) and any other pertinent insurance information, such as pre-certification letters or authorization approval numbers issued by your insurance company or physician’s office.
Consent Forms/Deposits You may be asked to sign appropriate consent and release forms that authorize hospital personnel to provide the services your attending physician has ordered or approved for you. You may also be asked to pay a deposit at the time you register that represents an approximation of your portion of the bill related to your deductible and/or co-payment. Unpaid balances from previous visits may be collected at this time as well.
Visitor Guidelines All visitors enjoy full and equal visitation privileges consistent with patient preferences. While we do not enforce strict visiting hours, we would ask that visitors are limited to two at one time and for them to leave by 8:00 p.m. at night. Tis practice allows all of our patients to get the rest they need.
