AMINA TECHNOLOGIES AIW750E WITH EXCELSIOR EXCITER
IT’S… An upgrade to the invisible loudspeaker manufacturer’s flagship product that offers smooth and extended response in the HF range.
DETAILS: Amina’s Excelsior exciter is the first in a new generation of proprietary vibrational drive engines tailored to excite specific frequency ranges in flatpanel audio solutions. It is designed to provide the most linear, smooth and extended frequency response while also increasing maximum power handling. The Excelsior is a
very high-power neodymium magnetic engine which, thanks to advanced computer modelling, is claimed to create a highly focused concentration of flux density in the coil – producing more acoustic output from a given amount of neodymium. The Excelsior class 25mm exciter has been designed for high- frequency operation, and has been applied as an upgrade to Amina’s
two-part AIW750E, which the company says is the most powerful invisible speaker on the market, with the smoothest power response and the widest bandwidth. The Evolution
AIW750E is designed for use with the company’s existing BackboxFS and BackboxFS-S200 in stud walls or ceilings. When physically locating the two units, the bass panel benefits from close proximity to floor or ceiling boundary and the mid/high panel should be positioned directly above, beside or below it.
AND ALSO: For further fidelity improvement, the product can also be used in a biamplified configuration. Amina can also advise installers on parameter settings for those wishing to establish ultra-dynamic
DSP-based crossover solutions as an alternative to the external passive crossover provided with the product.

IT’S… A multi-window HDCP-compliant videowall processing system.
DETAILS: The WindoWall Pro System features a highly scalable architecture that delivers high performance and reliability. Full HDCP compliance at all HDMI inputs and outputs assures worry-free presentation of protected content. WindoWall Console software is the user interface to the system, facilitating straightforward control and configuration of videowall systems, and the creation of presentations with multiple independent windows for displaying graphics, HDTV and video. Each WindoWall Pro processor
allows for the display of up to four windows. Because a discrete processor is dedicated to each display unit in the videowall, WindoWall Pro is fully scalable, supporting a variety of display layouts from 1 x 2 to 2 x 3 and larger. The HDMI inputs, outputs and universal analogue video
