‘More solutions orientated towards end-users. There’s a tendency that the solutions we see today are to
some extent clever; however you see a lot of end-users struggling with complicated AV systems. We need better follow-up with the actual users on how the systems are used, and if there’s something that needs to be
changed or explained better. Users are in general not technically minded for AV, however they use it everyday. There’s not enough focus on their point of view as opposed to the responsible buyer/client.’
