TRAFFIC HD BONA
Traffic HD is Bona’s newest waterborne lacquer that offers ultimate durability for wood floors just 24 hours after application. Designed to meet the performance needs of floors in areas exposed to really extreme wear such as airports, bars, shopping malls and hotels, new 2-component Traffic HD also offers significantly improved scratch, scuff and chemical resistance. Bona’s commitment to producing low VOC products is also reflected in its formulation that has a VOC level of below 5% – and an almost undetectable odour.
Traffic HD offers the same great levelling features and smooth end results on the largest of surface as earlier versions of Traffic. It’s compatible with all Bona primers and the recommended choice when recoating UV pre- finished floors. The non-yellowing formulation is available in three sheen levels – silkmatt, matt and extra matt.

TREATEX HARDWAX OIL TRADITIONAL NATURAL TREATEX
The innovative minds over at Treatex recently challenged their technician to produce a floor finish which changes the appearance of light coloured timbers, such as oak, as little as possible. The result was the Treatex Hardwax Oil Traditional Natural, which produced the desired effect without compromising the strengths of their traditional Hardwax Oil.
Neil Clark, Treatex’s Managing Director, explained: “Customer feedback is invaluable to Treatex and offers us the opportunity to develop products that flooring contractors want. Many of our customers asked for a finish that doesn’t change the look of oak floors. Our R&D department devised Treatex Hardwax Oil Natural which changes the appearance of light coloured timbers as little as possible, is very durable, and resistant to spills of water, coffee and wine.”
For a natural look on light coloured timbers, all that’s required is a thin coat of Treatex Hardwax Oil Natural. Allow to dry for approximately 3-6 hours, then seal with one or two coats of Treatex Hardwax Oil Clear Matt, Satin or Gloss. No sanding is required between coats.
