GREYLINE™ 270 EDGE GRINDER HTC PROFESSIONAL FLOOR SYSTEMS
The HTC Greyline™ 270 Edge Grinder is an efficient floor grinder that reaches into tight, impractical areas where earlier hand-held machines are the only option. The grinding heads unique design allows the operator to grind all the way up to the wall whilst still being in a standing upright position. Whilst being a handy edge grinder, with the total grinding width of 270mm, the machine is also large enough to handle smaller areas or even rooms, something more or less impossible with hand-held machines. The machine can also be disassembled for easy transportation and is equipped with HTC’s much appreciated floating cover for a better dust collection and the EZchange™ system which gives access to HTC’s complete tooling range.
HTC Greyline™ 270 Edge Grinder is part of the HTC Greyline™ series. In addition to the edge grinder, the series contains multiple floor grinders in various sizes and several effective dust extractors. All machines in the Greyline™ series are made in a simple, robust, stylish and functional design. HTC Greyline™ is a highly price competitive option to any other single speed floor grinder on the market.

H40 ECO RAPIDFLEX KERAKOLL
Timber substrates have always caused a problem with the fixing of ceramic tiles. Vibrations need to be transferred from the rigid ceramic to the deformable substrate by the adhesive used, and joints must allow the ceramic tiles to move with the vibrations and changes in the substrate.
In 2012, Kerakoll created a new type of adhesive, H40 Eco RapidFlex, which is the first single-component, cement based product to be classified as P2 under ISO EN 13007- 2, the only standard that recognises timber as a substrate for the fixing of tiles. The adhesive has been rigorously tested using the Shock Absorbing System (SAS) for Timber Tested developed by Kerakoll’s researchers. It is easy to use, long lasting, and can be used in hot and cold conditions where two-component flexible adhesives could not. It can be worked for twice the time of the traditional flexible adhesives and has greater flexibility and resistance to vibration than traditional systems with no vertical slip.
H40 Eco RapidFlex Adhesive has been developed in accordance with Kerakoll’s GreenBuilding policy to be as good for health and the environment as possible with very low VOC emissions.
