With a minimum of five years managerial experience and a general knowledge of the parking industry, the successful applicant will be required to acquire new business and therefore possess a proven track record of winning public and private sector contracts as well as experience of tendering.
Reporting to the Managing Director the successful applicant should be a team player with exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills. Full clean driving license and your own transport are essential. Salary negotiable depending upon experience. Closing date for applications 14 May 2012.

Enforcement Contract 2013
Southwark Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualifi ed organisations to be considered to supply works and services associated with the above contract.
The Council will be procuring the works and services via an open process. The contract consists of one lot which will be let to a single provider.
The indicative value of the contract is £5.09 million per annum. The duration of the contract is for four years commencing 1st April 2013 with the provision, at the Council’s discretion, of a further three year extension.
A Contract Notice ref: 254575-2012 (2012-08-09) advertising the contract was dispatched to the Offi cial Journal of the European Union on 06 August 2012 in accordance with the EU Directive 92/50/EEC (The Award of Public Services Contract).
The provisions of the Transfer of Undertakings (protection of Employment) Regulations 1981, the Acquire Rights Directive and the UK Government’s Code of Practice on Workforce Matters may apply to this contract.
The Council reserves the right to not proceed with procurement at any time during the process, which shall include the right not to award the contract.
