Jennifer Doubrava is a Technical Writer in the Documentation department at cPanel. She joined cPanel 4 years ago as a Windows Analyst, and has worked in Tech Support and with the Enkompass team.
Dave Young is a professional writer, technical writer, website auditor, marketing consultant, SEO guru, and founder of Young Copy, a leading promotional and technical writing services firm.
Eric Ellis is the Technical Support Manager. Eric leads the cPanel & WHM support teams to provide customers with a high level of satisfaction.
Igor Seletskiy is a Founder and CEO of Cloud Linux Inc. Igor has spent 14 years creating solutions for web hosting industry.
Justin Shaefer is a Quality Assurance Analyst. Justin began working in Documentation in 2008 before moving to QA.
Matthew Lee is currently a Technical Analyst with cPanel and has worked for numerous companies throughout the web hosting industry over the past 8 years.
George Alpizar is a Bilingual Technical Writer at cPanel where he assists in maintaining the user guide documentation in English and Spanish.
Chuck Wadlow AKA Infopro, is cPanel’s Product Evangelist. Infopro makes sure the cPanel Community Forums are always moving in a professional and positive direction. He’s been a respected member of the Community Forums since 2003 and his favorite color is orange.
Kony Salmeron is a Level 2 Customer Service Representative and has been a part of the Customer Service Team since 2009.
Jeff Peterson is a Level 3 Technical Analyst. Jeff works with escalated customer issues and specializes in security related concerns.
Joshua Brandt is a Technical Analyst with cPanel. Josh provides excellent overnight support to cPanel customers.
