cPanel, Inc. provides 7-day Customer Service and Billing support via telephone, live chat, email, and through our ticket system. While the Customer Service Team is a small group, our department hours are 6AM-6PM Monday-Friday and 6AM-4PM Saturday-Sunday US Central Time.


Our knowledgeable staff can assist with pre-sales and basic technical questions related to the cPanel & WHM licensing software. The CS Team consists of:

Customer Service primarily manages the setup and account management of Partner NOC accounts as well as inquiries sent by cPanel Direct licensing customers. The department directly manages the activation of each cPanel/WHM license and license renewals. Our goal is also to maintain a positive customer relationship with cPanel license holders while complying with company policy and licensing requirements.

Non-Direct Licensing Support Non-Direct licensing inquiries are also handled by the Customer Service Team.


cPanel&WHM is a reputable software application used within the hosting industry. Due to this, there is a large amount of customer traffic in our support system directly associated to hosting account-related requests. Inquiries vary from a cPanel account login issue, someone who is unable to access their cPanel account, a server with hardware issues, the need to renew a domain, a suspended hosting account, or an SSL certificate expiration.


Many hosting companies use the cPanel&WHM software, so we can understand the interest to contacting cPanel, Inc. directly for support. However, we are a software company which maintains the cPanel/WHM licensing software at the point of development. As a result, we unfortunately do not have the sufficient server access to resolve the types of scenarios mentioned. Our helpful Support team will gladly redirect customers that fall into this specific category by effectively providing solutions and contact information for their hosting or licensing provider.


In short, we may not be able to fully resolve a specific request within this category. However, our Support Team will do their best to provide an immediate resolution or refer the request to the appropriate channels towards resolution.
