FARE & TRAVEL INFORMATION

FARE INFORMATION

Vantage Fares Our Vantage Fares are protected by our Price Promise and will benefit from the following advantages: • Your choice of stateroom type, location and number (including three and four berth staterooms*)

• Flexible, allowing you to make amendments to or change your voyage entirely up to 90 days prior to departure, subject to our booking terms and conditions

• Offer the choice of : on board credit or complimentary airport parking on selected fly-voyages or regional flights or three night city hotel stay (on voyages of 30 nights plus) or one night city hotel stay (on voyages of 20-29 nights)

Vantage Fares are subject to availability and are based on two people sharing. The benefits are dependent on voyage type, duration and subject to availability. The benefits are correct at the time of going to print and are only applicable with Vantage Fares.

Price Promise We promise that, should we reduce the Vantage Fare for a holiday you have already booked (for your voyage and stateroom type with the same terms and conditions), we will pass on the value of the reduction to you automatically in the form of a complimentary benefit such as on board spending money or a stateroom upgrade. If, however, fares for your holiday should rise after you have made your booking, and they may, you can rest assured that you have received excellent value by booking early – so both ways you win. This means that any future bookings you make on our new Vantage Fares will be protected by our Price Promise.

*The complimentary benefit applied shall be at the absolute discretion of Cunard. The Price Promise does not apply to our Getaway Fares; holiday add-ons; nor where Cunard is not the tour operator selling the holiday. Cunard World Club loyalty benefits will continue to be applied but resultant fares are not classed as reduced Vantage Fares and therefore cannot be referenced under the Price Promise. Complimentary benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation fees assessed on original fare of booking.

Getaway Fares Closer to the departure of a voyage, ‘Getaway Fares’ may be offered. Getaway Fares, if they are offered on a particular voyage, are restricted fares, which are NOT protected by our Price Promise. Our Getaway Fares offer less choice than Vantage Fares, which means you will be able to book a stateroom grade but not a particular stateroom number (this will be allocated around 14 days before departure); 100% of the cost if the holiday needs to be paid at the time of booking, and if cancelled, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

Included in your fare: • Fares are per person in £ sterling, based upon double occupancy (unless otherwise stated) and subject to availability. As these are ‘fares from’ they may rise during the life of this brochure and we advise you to book early.
