Boulder, August 25. Since a Boulder team rides in the USAPCC, the end of Stage 6 will be loud and raucous as the crowd cheers on hometown favorites. The racers pass through once then return for the important finish, which sets up the end stage the next day. Fans can take a spin down the Boulder Creek Bike Path, a gentle, five-mile


meander with spots for a picnic, wading, tubing or just chilling. Also sched- uled August 15–26 is the Boulder International Fringe Festival, a theatre, dance, media and visual arts, spoken word, puppetry, workshops and story- telling extravaganza.
