Here’s one of many poems Tyler has written:

Here’s a story about a kid, With dreams laid out in front of him, High school football star, Any college to pick, And I wish he’d seen that far, But he followed them kids, Down the wrong path, Now feelin’ sorry for this, Life he had, Hatin’ tomorrow and wished, He could go back but can’t, In life you get what you get, So when asked the question, Why he did what he did, Couldn’t answer, Cause in that moment he wasn’t him, Had control of the car, But was controlled by the liquor, Voices screamin’ slow down! Didn’t listen and hit her, Could anybody out there, Imagine missing a sister, Cause some drunk kid, Hit her and killed her, Now in prison was beat up and pushed for years,

All because he cared what he looked like to peers,

Now he’s 45, And guilty with tears, This story happens daily, People hear me and fear it ...
